Description
As a person with possible content in order to design some type of "contact us" form for contacting people about feedback and ideas for use cases I want to look into Touchpoints.

Acceptance Criteria:
- Create two forms: AI Guide for Government Feedback and AI Use Case Suggestion
- Incorporate the forms on AI Guide for Government and AI Use Case sites
