Description
Short description: There's the UCL (use case library) link and there's also the "Sign In login.gov" on the right side. It's duplicative and feels weird. Wonder if the UCL link should have the login.gov logo in it?
User Story: TBD

Research direction
Start by inspecting the page or header entry point that renders the UCL link and the “Sign In login.gov” control. Confirm the intended relationship between the two before changing the navigation; done means the resulting login affordance is not duplicative and clearly communicates whether the UCL link uses login.gov branding.
