Use Case Comments

As an AI sharing platform user, in order to get the most benefit of shared AI use cases on the site, I would like to be able to post comments / questions, and converse with other site users, share our experiences.

Features & Details:
1. On use case details page, commenting feature is available for logged in users.
2. Logged-in users are able to post feedback, as questions and review other user comments.
3. Content curator is notified of new comments
4. Content curator can edit and delete comments
