Description
The IT Dashboard team will be updating validation 000612-BCD to ensure that Agencies can update their Project-Metric linkage data without providing the full suite of newMetric or existingMetric fields. The team will also update to the validation's language to include any missing fields that are triggering the validation in the first place.
