GeneralDataReport- Risk Reports: What are the valid values for <riskArea>

Description
I have noticed in the examples (https://github.com/GSA/ITDB-schema/blob/master/FY2021-Docs/FY2021-Schema/GeneralDataReport/Examples/RisksReport/addRisksReport.xml) that the value is a number 1-13.
Our risks start at 21 and end at 33. Are these the valid values? Or is there a chart of valid OMB values?
