Changing Activity Description in Monthly XML

Both activity name and description were shortened for the FY21 submission, and my understanding is both could be updated without a "revise" operation. However, in the monthly update Business Case XSD, updateProjectActivity only allows changing the activityName and not the activityDescriprion. As the annual method allows updating both, I am assuming it was intended to allow updating the description and was missed. Will the XSD be updated to allow this? Unfortunately, using the annual submission is not a good option for us to submit data as we generally report all project changes using the monthly.
