Description of Issue: I am noticing that the required nodes under addPerformanceMetric in the MITBC Add Investment and MITBC Update Investment differ. Please see the list of optional nodes in each below.

My recommendation would be to align the Add Investment Add Performance Metric requirements with the Update Investment Add Performance Metric Requirements (the more lenient). The Update Investment appears to better align with the requirements presented in the Guidance.
