Description
Our organization uses the Get Opportunities API to pull solicitations that we plan to evaluate and respond to. Occasionally, we are running into an issue of exceeding our daily API call limit. I looked through our profile on beta.sam and information from the Federal Service Desk on this [issue](https://gsafsddev.servicenowservices.com/fsd-gov/answer.do?sysparm_kbid=89af3d56dbb988108402f50d0f96190d&sysparm_search=). With our API call limit being 1000, we would likely not have this issue if the limit was at 2 or 3k. I preface this question because we do not want to do anything that would violate the terms of use of the API. Would it be against the terms of use of the API to create another account, associate it with our organization, and create another API key?
