Breadcrumb issue: business system detail to related technology

If I go to a business system [detail page](https://stage.ea.gsa.gov/#/systems/683?tableSearchTerm=gear) -> Technical tab -> click a row in the Related Technology table
In the breadcrumb (in this example), "GSA EA Analytics and Reporting" will still be the hyperlink, but if you click on it, it sends you to the IT standards report page (while briefly flashing the "GSA EA Analytics and Reporting" row in the IT standards report before populating the entire IT standards inventory).
