In IT Standards report, if you use the table search then click the approved filter, it does not keep your search term in the results

To reproduce, type "Azure" in the table search on the IT standards report --> click the "Approved" filter --> if you view the table results, it is no longer searching for your search term despite the search term still appearing in the search box.
