Description
- [ ] On the Website Service Categories page, the Id column needs to be reduced
- [ ] Go to the [Website Service Categories List](https://stage.ea.gsa.gov/#/website_service_category) --> click on a row in the table --> in the Related Websites table, the user should be able to click on a website in the table to take them to the website detail page. Currently the table does nothing when the user clicks on a row.
