Non business subsystems showing up in global search results as listed under the business systems/subsystems report

GEAR's global search results list SFTP as being part of the business systems/subsystems report (though it [is not](https://ea.gsa.gov/#/systems)). This is a mistake in the way we handle our global search results. We need to classify an entry like SFTP as being part of the FISMA subsystem inventory in the global search results.
