Description
For now, please combine the current prod "About" page with the current landing page data:
- The data in the "Overview" tab should become a new tab named "Data Strategy"
- A new "Overview" tab should be created with the content on the landing page (i.e. What is GEAR, Who can use GEAR, How do I use GEAR)
This will be a placeholder for now. We may change this based on Farzad's recommendations.
