Create a dedicated field to track the aliases ("also known as") for IT standards titles

Right now, the "also known as field" uses the Keyname field in the IT standards table in the database. We should create a dedicated "alias" field to capture titles of IT standards that may go by another/abbreviated title.

I will create the data field in the database and relay it to you, @joshsjurik, for your work on the front end.
