Integrate GEAR with the forthcoming Archer API

Currently, I am sent a daily XML file at 2pm which I manually upload to a folder that our database can access. Then, at 10pm, a scheduled import occurs that imports the contents of that XML file from the folder.

Going forward, we'd like to integrate with Archer's API, which is currently being developed. GEAR would integrated with the Archer API to:

1. Pull in the system/subsystem data, the same as we're doing today with the manual XML load
2. Pull in the software to system/subsystem data (basically a lookup table to determine which systems/subsystems use which software). This would be a new data pull that doesn't currently exist. This will be based off of me providing a baseline software to system/subsystem inventory to the Archer team to begin with, and then the data will be maintained by users in Archer.
