Utilize the Folio API to automate updates to the investments report

Here is the [Folio API documentation](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1f3z45VOYX4cOlFNj6HWGmljgPSd2SqtT/edit). We'd like to use this API to automate the updating of the investments report. This report is only updated annually, but due to the data fields being inconsistent with the way GEAR currently tracks the data fields, it makes for a long analysis to update the data set in GEAR from Folio. We will want GEAR's investment data structure to be more consistent with Folio to enable automated data pulls.
