Develop a scheduled, automated process to recursively call Technopedia API to import the catalog

Flexera provided us with a Go language CLI tool to recursively call the Technopedia API in order to import entire datasets into a csv file. In order to import the data in GEAR and have it be routinely refreshed, we need to develop an automated process that we can schedule (weekly or monthly) to update the entire catalog in our database.
