Using the compilation of architectures at GSA, combine into one cohesive architecture view (pdf)

Using the [compilation of architectures](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1LHdx8SrYqv2_2ncORslVAwuliPf42Hap939uzqwrcRg/edit#slide=id.g227d0cc7e8a_2_131) at GSA that Matt assembled, combine them all into one cohesive, understandable view in a pdf. The idea being that we can provide folks with an overall architectural diagram that illustrates our current state without being obtrusive to the business lines.

The idea is that this pdf will be displayable in GEAR, similar to how the [strategic framework image](https://ea.gsa.gov/#!/strategic_framework) is viewable in GEAR prod.

We can then start thinking of ways we can make this architectural view interactive to the user (e.g. able to click on one of the capabilities and it shows all of the sites that possess that capability)
