Description
If I open a new tab, type in data.usajobs.gov, and press enter, the page doesn't resolve. https://data.usajobs.gov resolves but http://data.usajobs.gov doesn't. It's fine if there is a need for every subsequent page to be https (though is it necc. to require that?), but it's def. worth having the developer hub's homepage resolve both ways.
