Description
GPO has no way of contacting them about [their APIs](http://api.fdsys.gov/) or data of any kind besides [askGPO](http://www.gpo.gov/askgpo/), a general purpose, clunky knowledge-base thing.
GPO should have a clear forum for opening and resolving issues related to their data and API offerings, oriented for their technical consumers. Github provides a great one, but it's not the only way.
There should also be a contact email that goes to a person or team that is equipped to quickly triage and reply to the problem. This contact email **should not** go only to non-technical staff.
