USDA_FSIS_7_2013 -Printing the Office Locations and Phone Numbers Page

Note: I just printed the page out from my workstation just to have a paper trail of the defects that I wrote. Thought I would share this with you.

Requesting a browser print of the "Office Location and Phone Numbers" Page.

Expected result: The information displayed on the screen were printed on paper.

Actual Result: The first 7 pages were blank. The blank page included a header that included the title "Office Locations and Phone Numbers" on the left side of the page and on the right hand side of the page was "Page 1 of 18". The footer included the website information and the current date. Finally from the first line of the header to the footer section were blank for the first 7 pages.
