Description:
After Step 2, I see pretty icons and pretty fonts and descriptions of the Contact menu options. When I click on Lost & Found in that list of options, the page appears to load to the "When I fly can I bring my...", which I realize always stays at the top, but to get to the desired part of the page (Lost & Found), I have to scroll down below the (now much less pretty) Contact menu options - of which Lost & Found is one, but it is in no way highlighted to indicate that that is where I am.

Suggestion:
- Collapse the Contact menu (assume I was able to touch the right option; on a mobile, maybe not a safe assumption, but the icon version of the menu is big, so likely okay)
- Or at least highlight Lost & Found
