On the iPad Mini 2, overall the Lost & Found workflow is just like desktop, not like the iPhone 6 mobile experience. The differences are minor and the experience is fine, until searching for an airport on the Lost & Found page.

When typing in the Airport Name or Code box on a desktop browser, I can type and hit "return" and get the airport list I was expecting and it all feels natural.

When typing in the Airport Name or Code box on the iPad Mini 2, I start to type "LAX" but when I get to "LA" the keyboard disappears and I get a list of results for that. If I type fast enough I get the "X" in there before that happens so I get the list of results for "LA" quickly followed by results for "LAX". If I'm not fast enough I have to reselect the search box and add the "X" to the end.

This is probably a great "interactive results while you type" experience on desktop where my keyboard can't be taken away, but it was frustrating on the iPad.
