Description
The banner image reads "Passenger screening canine teams work to detect explosives" - personally, if I'm heading to the airport on vacation, the last thing I want to think about is being blown up. While safety is a major TSA priority, a less dramatic, toned down caption would make me feel safe but not threatened - the current banner proves fear (end of soap box).
Passenger Support is not a top task for me, Website Preview - definitely not a top task, Connect with Us -- not a top task when I'm trying to find my wallet which I left at the checkpoint. TWIC credentials - not a top task. I assume that TSA has a good identification system, I shouldn't need to study it. For me, top tasks might include: Customer Service Hotline, What can I bring? Lost and Found, Flight Status Information.
TSAPre -- is it called TSAPreCheck? or just TSAPre? (How do you type the checkmark?) I'd suggest spelling it out so it should be TSAPreCheck and then add the check mark afterwards. This is important for people who are not native English speakers, the check mark might be confusing. Is this a free service? "Enroll now" sounds like it might require payment. What about "Sign-up now"
