Description:
When I select the "Special Procedures" menu option, it automatically selects "Disabilities & Medical", so I don't need to select it.

When I scroll down for the drop down box, it is not very evident, since it appears to just be in the middle of the page (the Medications was already selected - instead of Any - and loaded on the page just below the dropdown). It could be much bigger and easier to touch-screen select.

When I select the drop down, it zooms in to give the Apple-standard rolodex of options. Many of them are too long and end in ellipses ("..."),including the sought after "Implants & Internal Medical...", and Apple's rolodex makes it worse - when the option is coming up, you can see about three to five more letters than when it is actually in the selection space.

Suggestion:
Use hash-tag links instead of a rolodex to allow folks to just jump down the screen to find the section they want. It would function like the "All" option in that it would display all of them but then a user could go directly to the part they were interested in.
