Description:More or less it worked. The "b" link on the right I wasn't familiar with, so I clicked it to see what it was, and went internally to the BLOGS section of the SBA.gov pages. Not what I expected. And then using the browser's back arrow worked differently than it did for when I went to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or Google+, all of which brought me back to the submenu open; back from Blogs brought me to the last page, but without the submenu open.
