Description: When tapping a link, nothing changes. I tapped several times, thinking nothing was happening, and suddenly I was on a new page. This started on the main page (clicked the "Blogs" section header) and then later pages (clicked a particular blog article. Finally I spotted the faint circling grey "loading" symbol in the middle. The first time or two, it was under my finger and I missed it. Even later, it was hard to see. Instead of the entire link changing (white background turns grey, underline bolds, font color changes, etc.), only that small circle in the middle of the screen - not where I clicked - appears. The reaction to my action does not appear related to my action.
Washington Post's mobile page does a good job of showing you when you've selected (tapped) a link and it is about to load. Also, the load begin time is very quick after the selection. There seems to be a long delay on the SBA page.
