Background Reporting - "My Data" does not display

Issue Name: NOAA-CrowdMag_12_2014 - "My Data" section - background reporting data does not display.

In "My Data" section, "Data points should be displayed on the map." There are no data points for 6 hrs, 1 day, 3 days, or 7 days. I receive an error message "No data avilable from 6 hrs ago" "No data avilable from 1 day ago," etc.
Steps To Reproduce:
1) Click on application
2) Click on My Data
3) Click on "6 hrs" "1 day" "3 days" etc.
5) Error message appears.
Expected result: Data points displayed on the map.
Anything else of importance: I enabled Best accuracy reporting and I selected "Mob+", per the instructions.
