3rd party map app TOS?

Description: The app uses multiple third-party mapping tools. I can't locate information about agreeing to the third-party mapping application TOS, privacy information, and/or what (if any) information is being sent to or collected by the third-party map providers, such as my location.
1) The "CrowdMag" tab basemap is an esri map.
2) Under **WMM > Calculate > Map** the basemap is a Google Map.
