The "menu" takes up a lot of mobile screen "real estate"

Description
On a lot of the pages I found a lot of the content was buried after "menu tables" like the one below. At first I thought that the links I was tapping were not bringing up any content and then I learned to swipe past. Might be better to put these at the bottom as I was potentially a little more patient than the traditional mobile user.
