Description

Question language in the test case is not consistent (or absent) with narrative employed on the app. Ex: (1) On the IdentityTheft.gov home page, click on the option to “Browse recovery steps.” There is no language stating “Browse recovery steps.”
(2) “Contact the companies where you know fraud occurred.” The narrative on the app is "Call the companies..."
