Description: 1.) whether in portrait or landscape view, when clicking on a link - it seems that the left hand navbar rises to the top of every page which requires me to scroll for the content I want - took me a few minutes to figure this out....not intuitive. 2.) Never quite sure of which page I am on...page titles are needed. 3.) There is too much to read and too much scrolling for a small screen.
