Scenario 3.1

I clicked login from the home page and entered my email and password, then the cell phone verification dialog box opened up and I realized I used a fictitious cell number. So I went back and updated my profile with my real cell number. Now I see a screen that says "Your complaint is processing", maybe this is not fully functional because I've waited 5+ minutes and nothing is happening.
