Severity: Low
Description: Overall, I felt like having the sidebar links display under the main page content was undesirable to look at. The pages with the few About links had the same links displayed directly below in the footer. On the pages with the long list of sidebar links (ex. Innovate) it just didn't seem necessary because you could access all those pages from the nav.
