The video shows the new website is timing out/dying when building even small structures. Legacy can build them quickly. The user is also showing that some prep files are missing. User is running windows and has tried Edge/Chrome. I can get stuff to build so not sure what's going on. The user is in China, and Xiao is also reporting intermittent slowness from there. It would be worth throttling your speed and seeing if you can reproduce it like that.
