Build:

You get a 3D structure, but if you download the folder you see that tleap failed:
`tail unminimized-gas.leaplog`
Exiting LEaP: Errors = 6;
Somewhere we need a check for this, and I don't think this is a gmml issue. We need to decide how we will handle checking for this and telling the website something is up.
