access to ohsome hex database

maybe it's a dumb question, but i am asking myself how to gain access to the ohsome hex database. I cannot find a way to register anywhere. When i search for "ohsome hex" i only find https://hex.ohsome.org. I can find some results on there but they are outdated. Is there a simple way to obtain up to date bikeability results with this library?
