Defect search of address

Search for addresses with house numbers do not work. Here, it works like expected:

But this is not working (house number is not found):

But the OSM data seems to be fine:

Why is house number 4 not in the list, but 3 is?

The issue names no source files, tests, or entry points. Reproduce the address search using the two screenshots and compare the linked OpenStreetMap way and node data; done means the house number 4 is returned alongside 3 when searching addresses.
