Broken sync Menu ⇄ map

There are multiple aspects of the menu not correctly synced to the map.

- Jobs do not get cleared from the map
- Vehicles do not get cleared from the map same as #448
- Prior calculated routes are still shown in the left top menu but not on the map any more.


Reproduce the menu-to-map synchronization problems described for jobs, vehicles, and previously calculated routes. Trace the frontend state changes triggered when each item is cleared, using issue #448 as related context. Done means clearing or removing an item keeps the menu and map in sync for all three cases.
