Unassigned Job Pins disappear

If I add multiple jobs, but some are not assigned due to missing skills or capacity, the pins disappear after the optimization.

Maybe it would also make sense to use different pin styles or shadings etc for Jobs that are assigned and not.

Reproduce the issue in the browser by adding multiple jobs, leaving some unassigned through optimization, and checking the map pins. Trace the optimization and map-display entry points to determine why unassigned jobs disappear; done means all jobs remain visible and assigned versus unassigned status is distinguishable.
