`randomizedIsochroneColors` setting is not used

Description
In `default-map-settings.js` there is a setting called `randomizedIsochroneColors` which, according to my understanding, is not used.
Since isochrone colors are to be changed anyways, and should be consistent and not random in our public client, this setting can probably be removed.
