Convenient localization (translation)

I suggest using **[Weblate](https://weblate.org/en/hosting/)** or any other service. It is completely free for open source projects.
Using a translation service like Weblate greatly simplifies both the translation process and keeping it up to date. This speeds up translation of the project into more languages, as the service has many volunteers who join new projects. Makes the life of the translator easier. And it provides many other [features](https://weblate.org/en/features).
