Improvement of agricultural routes

**Here's what I did:**

Wrong route / not reflecting the agricultural-restrictions on certain roads (like in the example above).

As already mentioned by andrzej (Forum-Mod):
It seems that the logic to restrict agricultural vehicles on these type of roads is missing in your backend.
