missing land cover tags for land-cover topic

Amenities like university, schools or kindergardens are mapped as land cover but currently not used in the topic filter. We should investigate which additional tags should be added to the topic filter.

Currently, i came up with these: amenity in (research_institute, university, school, hospital, kindergarden, parking) and leisure=sports_centre

maybe highway=pedestrian and area=yes
