Description

In the current GOCART2G environment, Brown Carbon is distinct from Organic Carbon. But in the original version of the OH XGBoost approach, there was no Brown Carbon. BRC should be accounted for, when appropriate, in OH.

Research direction

Start by locating the GOCART2G handling and the OH XGBoost approach in the Fortran source. Determine where Brown Carbon is represented separately from Organic Carbon and where the OH calculation consumes these inputs. Done means BRC is accounted for when appropriate and the relevant model behavior is verified.
