Description
In testing of current GOCART develop, it looks like data-driven GOCART does not pass start-stop regression (it does pass layout).
In the past, this usually means something is missing from the internal state.
@pcolarco Is there something that needs to be carried around by data-driven that an actual aerosol run doesn't need?
