Description
In teaching our latest SI Team member, @darianboggs, how to run the model and check results, I was surprised to see that when you change layout, TBISCCP changes answers.
Now, loooooong ago, I made another issue about TBISCCP, which had to do with AMIP vs no-INC-REPLAY and @atrayano had some thoughts about why this is the case.
But this isn't that. I was running AMIP only and just going from 4x24 to 2x12.
I suppose first off I'll ping @dr0cloud. Maybe there is some "layout dependence" on the SATSIM subcolumn generation? Surprising, but I can see maybe why.
