Description
We need an integrated test that covers the active chombo coupling case to avoid breaking the capability, as has happened and was recently resolved.
This will require launching a test with the chombo coupling active, waiting a certain amount of time, killing the test, and ensuring the program was in the correct state when killed.
@cssherman Does the new ATS have support (or a mechanism we can co-opt?) for killing tests after some amount of time?
