Summary
Update the project’s requirements and dependency configuration to ensure compatibility with Python 3.13 on all supported operating systems (Linux, MacOS, Windows). This includes reviewing and upgrading any incompatible packages, adjusting version constraints where necessary, and verifying that the application and test suite run successfully under Python 3.13.
Update CI configurations and documentation as needed to reflect official support.
