Description

The issue tracker is for reporting product deficiencies. How do my questions should be posted to the discussion forum at https://groups.google.com/group/got-your-back? When in doubt, start at the discussion forum and return here only when instructed to do so.

Please confirm the following:
* I have upgraded to the latest GYB release from https://github.com/jay0lee/got-your-back/releases and I still have this issue.
* I am typing the command as described in the GAM Wiki at https://github.com/jay0lee/got-your-back/wiki

Full steps to reproduce the issue:
1. I have the latest upgrade of the GYB
2. C:\GYB>gyb --email lastnamefirstintial@com --action backup --search "label:post 05-06-2015" --local-folder "c:\gyb\lastnamefirstintial" --service-account
3.

Expected outcome (what are you trying to do?):
**I need an estimated number for a label named: post 05-06-2016.**

Is this the correct command: *C:\GYB>gyb --email lastnamefirstintial@com --action backup --search "label:post 05-06-2015" --local-folder "c:\gyb\lastnamefirstintial" --service-account

Actual outcome (what errors or bad behavior do you see instead?): Got 0 Message IDs
GYB needs to examine 0 messages
GYB already has a backup of 0 messages
GYB needs to backup 0 messages

GYB needs to refresh 0 messages

Outcome excepted: GYB needs to examine # messages

Research direction

Start with the GYB command shown in the reproduction steps and compare its --search and label syntax with the GAM Wiki. Check the label name and dates in the command against the expected label, then document the correct command or the missing behavior once the result count is understood.
